Father's Day Poker Run

Father's start your engines and get involved in this annual motorcycle circuit every Father's Day. Starting at the Chahko Mika Mall in Nelson, the run heads to Fruitvale for lunch, then to Trail for a quick stop at the Tunnel Pub. After that it's on to Castlegar where the draw bike can bee seen and a pig roast is waiting.

This festival for free spirits takes place at the Salmo River Ranch which is located 45 minutes south of Nelson. Featuring six stages and music ranging from hip-hop to trance, Shambhala will have visitors up and dancing all weekend. The event also features amazing light shows and displays, as well as vendors, exhibitions and activities.

Heritage Days
